George Prior is an LA-based writer with a BA in literature who writes about contemporary crime and the Los Angeles Police Department. The author of the Casey Stafford crime novels, he worked in the film business for two decades, doing visual effects and TV and movie production. He enjoys traveling with his family, wingfoiling and kiteboarding, espresso and Thai food, reading and racing canoes. Prior lives in Westside Los Angeles with his family.
